xvidro – xvideo – xxxvideos. XVideos, known as XVIDEOS, is a website dedicated to sharing and viewing pornographic videos. It was established in 2007 in Paris and is currently operated by the Czech company WGCZ Holding. As of November 2022, XVideos is the most popular pornographic website and the 11th most visited website globally.

WGCZ Holding, the parent company of XVideos, also owns other adult entertainment platforms such as Bang Bros, DDF Network, Penthouse magazine, Private Media Group, and Erogames. Additionally, they hold a controlling interest in the productions associated with the Legal Porno brand.

The history of XVideos traces back to its founding in 2007 by its French owner, Stephane Michael Pacaud. XVideos acts as an aggregator of pornographic media, functioning similarly to YouTube but for adult content. The website features a mix of professional, amateur, and various other types of adult videos.

By 2012, XVideos had become the largest pornographic website globally, with a staggering monthly view count of over 100 billion page views. In 2012, Fabian Thylmann, the owner of MindGeek, made an unsuccessful attempt to acquire XVideos, aiming to establish a monopoly of pornographic tube sites. The French owner of XVideos declined the reported offer of over US$120 million, citing his interest in playing Diablo II.

In 2014, XVideos sparked controversy by trying to enforce a policy that required content providers to either relinquish their right to delete videos from their accounts or immediately deactivate their accounts.
